Return PolicyWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase by offering you a 30-day return policy. Refunds, or exchanges. and returns may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Before returning any item for any reason, by making sure that the item is not damaged, scrached, sized, and any diamonds or color stones have been modified.All items being returned must be in their original, non-damaged packaging. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products, which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused, will not be accepted for refunds. Resalable condition with all original factory-sealed and otherwise they will not be accepted. Items must be received within 30 business days and return instructions. A delay will result in a complete forfeiture of your credit. 1. Any order that is refused on delivery is as well subject to a 15% restocking fee. On whole order. 1.Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as: 2.Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. 3.More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.) Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.
