Shipping Methods
After your order has been processed it will be delivered via one of the following methods.
USPS
Lekara Designs gives the option to have your order shipped by USPS PARCEL POST for a fee of $5.35.Shipments usually arrive within five to ten business days (six to fourteen business days for Canadian customers). Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL
Lekara Designs gives the option to have your order shipped by USPS PRIORITY MAIL for a fee of $8.10. Shipments usually arrive within three to ten business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing.
USPS EXPRESS MAIL FLAT RATE
Lekara Designs gives the option to have your order shipped by USPS EXPRESS MAIL FLAT RATE.Shipping for a fee of $14.40. Shipments usually arrive within three to seven business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing.

How do I find a Product?
LekaraDesigns.com offers a great selection of products from a vast variety of manufacturers. With that in mind, we created what we believe to be the best search engine to help you quickly find whatever it is you are looking for.
The easiest and fastest way to find something from our shop on line is to use the Advanced Search engine located at the top of each page. Search throughout our entire site, or use the list to limit your search to a particular category.
You can search by a Product Description, Category, Our own Product Code, or if you are not sure of the exact item you are looking for but you know some of the key words that might be associated with that particular item, simply enter these words and all items related to these words will appear.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase by offering you a 30-day return policy.
Refunds, or exchanges. and returns may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Before returning any item for any reason, by making sure that the item is not damaged, scrached, sized, and any diamonds or color stones have been modified.
All items being returned must be in their original, non-damaged packaging. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products, which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused, will not be accepted for refunds. Resalable condition with all original factory-sealed and otherwise they will not be accepted. Items must be received within 30 business days and return instructions. A delay will result in a complete forfeiture of your credit.
1. Your [RETURNED MERCHANDISE TRAKING] RMT number on your invoice (please do not write on the items box or the package will not be accepted even if it is not defective).
2. A copy of your original invoice with the RMT number (inside the shipping box).
3. A note stating if you would like a return for credit or replacement.
4. If you do not have your original shipping document, please print and complete the RETURN FORM found at Lekara Designs if you are unable to print this form, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number for us to be able process your return order.

1 Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling. Returns are subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee.
Lekara Designs is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper. Shipper must insure product.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.
LekaraDesigns.com will not be responsible for any product that becomes defective day of arrival.
Any order that is refused on delivery is as well subject to a 15% restocking fee. On whole order.
1.Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
2.Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
3.More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
